I'm with Mah on this one............GET A GUN!

Have to give thanks out to Bo and Herm for at least trying the idea. More of a novelty than anything else I would have to say. The testing me and Tri did for Bo when he first put his up was interesting. Think I still have a bit of motion sickness from all the flying around and dizzy would be another good way to describe it.

Telefrag servers........beginning to wonder if the ppl asking for these things are on something. :lol:

Enjoyed it while it lasted NOT!!!! :shock:

the idea of a telefragging arena i thought was a fairly good idea the thing is i think that there isnt enough ppl on at the same time i think its very exciting when ya runnin 4 ya life from darkmatter and jarg when all you can hear is that infamous beep behind you as i said in the original post its good as a part time thing i certanly wont be hanging my redeemer up after all thats how i got to meet all you fantastic people so dont get me wrong i didnt mean to put one up permanently unless thats what ppl want.

I tried the mod Bo gave me and I thought it was good but I didn't like the auto frag just for touching the other player. At that point, I felt like it was instagib but with a slow translocator instead of a fast beam. I switched it back to the original Translocator. I did very much like the way the played with the Mod Bo has.

As I stated before, it is not for everyone. IMHO, this game appeals to folks like me who are basically telewhores in the regular game. I used to love it when the stats were up trying to see how many telefrags I could get. There are a lot of folks out there that love the translocator, and when they find the server, I think it will be used.
AND, just like with the redeemers, or VSK modified instagib rifles. It takes time and special skills to get good.

Didn't know that what I said was gonna get picked apart (tastefully done.....but picked never the less). I'm not sure if it was the Matrix moves or not that made it dizzy but considering I have never really been a fan of translocators in the first place made the whole experience very disorienting. I'm not knocking on the ppl that like this sort of thing and only ment by the "they must be on something" comment as a joke. Maybe I just need to drink more before wandering into a server like that. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I for one missed out on all the telefragging over the weekend. I woulda liked to have given it a try but the result woulda have been a foregone conlclusion. I am no good at it. I pretty much take 3 or 4 shots at someone while they are guiding before i actually nail em' with the damn thing. I know for a fact jarg liks it. And he's damn good at it to.

Sorry for the picking, Kid. I just love the translocator, and don't want everyone to get the wrong impression in their minds before they try it. If I had the bandwidth, I would put up a dedicated server for translocators. I intended no harm.

House of Hermskii is still a Translocator server only right now. Great way to get good with them FAST!

No problem Jargy..........I was laughing the whole time I wrote that thing out so trust me when I say I took it very light hearted. Learned my lesson over time on the forum that stuff has to be taken with a grain of salt sometimes otherwise we would be at each other's throats 90% of the time.

Each to their own......enjoy yourself if thats what makes ya happy. :D
