Here it is. This is the question that has occupied more space on the bulletin boards than any other, except perhaps which is better, PC or Mac. So now, it is time to show which side of the fence you think our Mahatma stands on. I do not expect (in fact I hope) that Mahatma will NOT reveal the answer to the question. There are folks who know the answer to this, but of course they are not telling :wink:
Since a lot of the threads here dissolve into this topic, I thought I would put this to a vote and discussion here. Please feel free to voice why you think that Mah is what Mah is. Let the voting begin!!

I think that Mah likes his privacy and anonymity as he stated before and I think we should respect that.

Hmmm? Shouldn't the question be what gender does Mahatma really want to be instead? I'm sure that Mah is an14 year old girl and resides on the English Arts Council at her high school. She wears large black rimmed glasses on her pale plain face. Unnaturally dark brown shoulder leangth curly hair lines the edges around her pale face. She has short stubby little fingers with all of the nails bit to the nubb. She basically looks like a female version of Ozzi Ozborn's son. Her favorite book is Compton's Encyclopedia especially the pre-eighties renditions where they didn't know that Saturn's rings are actully multiple in number and made of ice as well as rock. That kind of stuff makes her laugh in her sad world of loneliness and perfect english scores. I'm too tired to continue and and I don't want you to be able to pick her out of a croud if I describe her too well. Schwantz is her best friend who lives just three houses down. He is a he but is only actually 17. Mah is his only friend. Mah has a bad crush on him but his love is being saved for the girls sophmore volleyball team's female coach at the highschool they go to.

Well, a long time ago, I went to the Berkeley website, and rooted around until I found a page called "(I'm not telling you it's name)". I looked down the list of professor's names until I found one that taught all the stuff Mah seems to be most preoccupied with. It was a masculine name. I was tempted to post the link, but decided it might be an invasion of his privacy.
As I said, this was a long time ago. I went back to this page last week, and that name seems to be gone. In it's place is a female name. Make of that what you will. :lol:
