Oh Boss,<br><br> I don't know what to tell you. I can say that I was messing with the server some today. I know that when it's running from the P.O.S. Pentium 200, if I remote in to try to catch hackers playing I see everyone complaining about the LAGGGG! I may have been why you lost connection unless you lost connection over 30 minutes before you actually stopped playing. I saw in the Remote log where you told Torp you had had enough. Again, I'm sorry it's happening and let me say to all that I'm trying to get a T1 line as we speak. Has anyone here used business class cable yet? I hear they are about 720KBPS upload. So please keep in mind that I'm running this server on a crappy PC and it's sharing the network connection with 2 others at all time. It will get better but I fear it will get worse first. Sorry Schwantz and anyone else who is suffering from my lack of good equipment. I'm about a week or two away from putting CG back on the good box. That alone should stop some of the lagg. Well the time is 19:46 and saw that Deck-Impossible was on with about 5 people and sure enough..one minute into the game the dreaded red floppy disk and connection failed.. No more CG for me.. I run CG with the 440 patch. This is for servers only so don't all of you go looking to install it. If you just play then the best patch out is 436. Anyway, I don't know if the 440 patch includes protection from the creeping ping issue with WIN 2000. What OS are you using on the machine you play UT on?<br><br>Hermskii <p>Hermskii</p><i></i>
