Report from Jet City: I'm flying from a standard Comcast cable connection (formally AT&T). I find that when 5 to 6 players are on, the performance is fine. Add two or three more and it all goes to shit. I donno, but it does sounds like a bandwidth issue to me. Could it be server side upload? What about the netcard on the dedicated server, could that be a bottleneck?<br><br>Tell me if this is familiar to you all while playing in a crowded house: When guiding a missile around a corner on a typical camp shot the screenview displays that you can safely detonate without harm to your position. Instead, upon the "return to player view", you're staring down at your own blast that has NOT cleared the corner... ouch. This symptom is endemic to many other instances of fouled game play while I'm on CG's and the action is hot and heavy. I have thought to myself that maybe I'm just spoiled having had the SRA server in close proximity. The thing is, I don't have these lag issues while playing on Pimp's tournament server and he's geographically just as far away as CG's.<br><br>Don't get me wrong Herm, CG's is my home.
