<br>let's see, what do we know so far?<br><br>1) your computer is a Pentium 4 with enough RAM and a GeForce 4 Ti of some kind<br><br>2) I think you were saying something like a "UD3DRender" error<br><br>looking at the error, I'm guessing that it has something to do with the video driver or maybe your DirectX install.<br><br>can you describe in more detail the problem you're running into? does the problem happen only when you're in UT? does the problem happen when you're in Windows? does anything unusual happen you're just in Windows? what were you doing just before the error message pops up?<br><br>I think you said you're having this problem on your new computer. how did you install UT? did you install from CD then copy over the files you need to play on the servers?<br><br>you also said that you have DirectX 9. does anyone here have UT with DX9? I'm running UT on Windows NT 4.0, so I can't use DirectX (I'm using OpenGL).<br><br>drivers. make sure you have up to date drivers for your video card, motherboard, and perhaps sound, keyboard, and mouse. just to test, change to Software Rendering from Direct3D and see if the problem goes away.<br><br>if I remember correctly, you're running XP Home.
