F2 would be boot options try F7 or F8 that should get you to boot in safe mode that will give you options
safe mode
with networkin
command prompt
if you go to Start/control panel/system/advanced
then click startup and recovery settings and
UN-TICK AUTOMATIC RESTART
Then when it goes wrong it should blue screen and give you an error code hopefully that should give us a better idea whats happening
