Use Nero to burn the ISO to a CD. An ISO is an image so burn the image do not burn it as data.
Here is a tutorial on how to burn an ISO using Nero

Thanks Jarg & Skank I burn norton tomorrow. Vista one Not this weekend i put on but Weekend of O- Halloween. Last weekend and this weekend I got be at school. One is AAU Basketball for 5 hours at night THANK GOD Last time it was 17 hours

You can use it for about a month. After that, you buy or uninstall. If you uninstall, you can go and redownload it for another month. Since I do not burn .iso files much, there is no reason to actually buy this. I just download it when I need it and get rid of it when I am done.
What errors did Nero give you? It worked for me the first time I tried it.
Also, make sure that the PC you are putting Vista on can actually run it. It is a resource monster. You need at least a gig of ram.
