My ping is 3000 plus on any server wtf?. Recently I have noticed ICSMgr in my start up menu, I unchecked it but still ping sucks. I dont know how it got there do I need this?. Does it have anything to do with windows start up communications, should I have this checked? What about start settings network maybe something screwed up there?. My wife hates me now because of my obsession of trying to fix the computer, but I need my fix of the redeemer!!!!!!!! I need to fig this one out soon or I'm going of line for good bad enough with 300 ping but 3000.Browsing seems fine but online gameing sucks.Any suggestions I"M running ME has to be a software issue urgh!!!!! thxs<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START >: --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/mad.gif ALT=">:"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <p></p><i></i>

I am stumped, but I feel your pain. Have you or Mrs. Bud installed any new software lately? <br>If you think that it is a software related problem, you can try this. All you need for your computer to run is Systray and Explorer. I would three finger salute everything but those two. Then startup AOHell and UT like normal. If there is still a problem, then It has to be the ISP or your settings for your connection. That's the best i can do. Anyone else??? <p>The Jargonaut<br></p><i></i>

Hey I figured this one out today. I reinstalled aol 6.0 which gave me 2 copies. For some reason when I logged on with the old copy it gave me crappy ping?.
