Lol...I had forgotten about those hilarious magazine parodies, brother Meng...gave me a good chuckle to see it again. Those were fun times...may have to saddle up again soon. Haven't checked in much lately, but seems whenever I do, I see someone has commented that they still miss Nuclear Winter, even though it has been gone for almost 2 years...thanks for the kudos, m8's...it WAS a fun ride...sometimes still miss it myself. Actually just fired up the server box a couple of weeks ago to see if the ol' girl would still boot...hasn't ran since March or April of 2003...still has all the game files and stuff on it. I'll have to admit I was tempted to fire the server up, but then remembered that I didn't have the file redirect or the domain anymore. Oh well...maybe that will be a project for the new year, or maybe never again...still kind of ambivalent about getting into the server game again...BUT...I DO miss raining down monsters on unsuspecting players, or telefragging annoying little shi*s like Dondon on Crane...lol...

I never stopped to be hungry of UT and I have a huge nostalgy of NW and those passed times : Actually, there are some good new players but I can't find so much pleasure without good ol regs !..
Fortunately, I still meet Evil Buddah (without Evil right now), DI , Mah came back (!!!), DW, Jimm sometimes, XX__-- (with his new name (ARC)Wolverine), Jarg came back too and I forget some others... (sorry guys)

Those I definitely miss are on 2k3 or 2k4 I mean ThE_OnE, Lotus and some others that disappeared.

CG is often full house right now (I stay out for some minutes until a map change comes) but I remember that when we had more server choices, we were more regular players. The more you find deemer servers, the more you generate people coming in !

If I had a dollar for every time I heard "I wish NWRO was still around" I could have offically retired by now. Your server has been greatly missed from what I've seen bud. If you do decide to get her back up I might have alittle webspace you could use for the redirects and such. Just give me a yell.

Wow Bo! Long time. You must be a busy man. Listen to these raves about NWRO. I get lots of emails asking me if it was my server and requesting that I turn it back on. I don't think you were aware of the mass following your server had/has. If it isn't too much trouble, I would certainly get it back on line soon. many of my folks found the mod because of your server and they would prefer to play it as once again the lag thing is an issue to them on mine.

I can't see lag ever because I play 1ft away from the server on a lan so there is never a chance for lagg for me. I hope you do dust it off and get your redirects and everything straightened out. Why did you ever take it down? It just went off-line one day and it was over. Many people miss it and it provides another great option for all of those redeemer freaks out there.
