Epic Games has made patch 3339 official for Windows installations of UT2004. You can read the full change log here.

Additionally, Epic updated the Editor's Choice Edition Bonus Pack to 1.1 to be compatible with 3339. You do NOT need to download this updated bonus pack if you've already downloaded the original ECE BP. Just update to patch 3339 and you'll be set.

Way to Scify. Hey Bigi, check the networking section. It has a few fixes in there though none seemed to match your router's issue. Maybe I read it wrong.

Downloaded and loaded it up. Still had the same problem, wrong port reported on Server List. I may just have to wait until the time comes to purchase a new router....

Taht's too bad Bigi. I'm looking forward to seeing you unrestricted by this current router. I have a feeling that you will contribute more than any of us would expect towards our entertainment once you get out from behind that router. I think you may have best grasp of gaming programming out of this lot. I imagine you may do wonders with future servers and gametypes. I wish I could have maintained the thirst I once had to learn PC stuff but I'm full about now. The little brain of mine can't take much more. GET A NEW ROUTER FOR CHRISTMAS!!! Yeah!
