Tell us what the difference is with this mutator and tell us were to get it. Maybe I can kick off one of these servers. It's bound to get more attention than HOH lately.

An HOH Monster Hunt server sounds like a cool idea to me Herm. :) I think you enjoyed playing MH with us those few times you stopped by didn't you? :D

The basic gameplay is the same as it was when I originally posted this topic. But as I said, the maps have improved a lot. The Japanese website that I described and that Scify has given us a link to used to be the place to get a lot of the files, but now that Skillz has set up his own MH website, I think it is worth registering there to obtain access to the files.

Skillz's server is another one that is very good, although it is so popular that it can actually get crowded in some of the more constricted maps.

It depends on the map. Some of them only allow you a couple of pop guns until you fight your way to the platform with the redeemers. Or there'll be one or more up on a difficult to access platform, and you have to "earn" it that way. Of course, being a team game, once a team member gets up there, he just tosses down redeemers for the others to pick up and use against the alien queen or titans or whatever is nearby.

Other maps have custom weapons, and they are more effective than redeemers.

One map based on CTF Face has the translocator hidden on one of the ledges of the buildings. Have you ever telefragged a giant gas bag, or huge tentacle up on the ceiling? I have, and it's quite a "blast" in its own way! 8)
