No Master Servers????

Is it just me or are the Master servers for UT99 down?

hey M do you have the eavyserver browser add on?
if not go here http://www.home-of-the-one.co.uk/Files.htm
and download it its a add on for ut my browser is working fine

That didn't help :( I still can't get a server listing from the master servers. Maybe I should just reinstall

The master server list issue popped up awhile back and I remembered one of the Fatz bros found a fix. Check that post and see if it helps your problem out. I did this fix not long after that was posted and everything shows up like it should. Good luck.

Just reinstalled and no master servers! Just a " can not connect to master servers" message. I just don't get it?????

Well I've tried everything I could think of or find on the web and I still can't get a server listing in UT99 Guess I won't be playing for a while. I suspect that SBC might be doing some blocking ( at least that's all I can think of ). Guess I'll just keep trying for a week or two and see if it changes. If it doesn't I guess I'm screwed :cry:

Yep, I had them in favs and they all ping as being down. I can't get any servers of any type to show up. BUT I do get the master server "news" message. That really is strange :oops:

I might have the problem figured out. I think it's this new DSL router. I'm running a HTTP and FTP server on another system and I think doing so is blocking UT on this system. I openned up the router config and disabled server ports for the HTTP/FTP system. I'll know in a couple of minutes 8-)

If you all don't mind, I could use a little help checking to see if the web server is indeed open to the public through the router. If anyone could check the links below and see if they can connect I would be very beholden :D
