I have a working Sniper Arena Mod and a Sniper Mutator similar to UTClassic Sniper Mod that replaces the lightning guns....but this one you can run with other mods as well.

I am trying to create a custom texture for the sniper rifle. It seems pretty hard...does anyone have any experience with texturing and modeling. I just want to do something simple at first, like putting text on the side of the weapon or something.

?

I suggest downloading the demo to see if your laptop will handle it. When you have it, go online and play a game of Onslaught. The map is huge, and you will know pretty quickly if your machine can take it.

Bud, Did you take the original UT2004.exe in the system folder and rename it? Then place the no-cd UT2004.exe in the system folder. Should work fine.

Scify, You have to set it up in Windows. Go to Control Panels/Sound, Speech, and Audio Devices/Speech. It is a good idea to train the speech recognition program a few times. Remember, It will not be 100% correct, but it is better than typing.
