I don't know about DSL, but when I got my router, I had to call the ISP to tell them my new MAC address. That was for cable modem.

Use the firewall first of all but open UDP ports 7777-7787 and the one port of UDP 27900. If you forward these correctly, we'll be able and you'll be able to see your server advertised. That's it.

ROFL! Herm helped me with this one for HOURS the other night. Okay, let's see how well I learned.
1. Are you sure that the routers firewall is off? If not, you can open up the ports for UT there.
2. Do you have a software firewall (Zone Alarm, Norton Internet Security)? If so, try disabling it and see if the server shows up.
3. Make sure the Advertise Server option is enabled in UT.

If you are using the default ports in UT. You need to open ports 7777-7787 in UPD mode as well as 27900 UPD.

Router setup. Should be on the same page as the ports.

Hmmm. I suppose it is possible. Try the steps above and see if your server shows up.

Sorry. I don't have a clue how that router works. I don't know any of those settings. That thing looks like the setup for a corporate firewall or something. I will not be able to assist more than I have. Please call the maker of your router and ask them. I'm sure they have the answer for you. Good luck and sorry I suck.

The second picture is where you open the ports. Try this. Open the ports in Source and Destination Ports for the ports listed above. The UDP should be under the Protocol dropdown. Also, just for securities sake. remove the first picture from the post. No need to let the world know all of this information.
