I all,
I was playing this evening under another name “Crusader Rabbit”. CBS was there and for awhile Evil Budda. Not rally sure it was EB. He will usually chat it up at least a little. Didn’t even blink when I asked him what happened to his Sooners. Any ways he left, then a little while later a player enter named “Fluffy”. Now we all know there are not a lot of players (besides me) that don such a fierce and frightening handle as that. I really don’t mind someone using the moniker not like I don’t churn them our like Berkeley Farms does butter. But I was disappointed with the silence. I couldn’t get Fluffy to say S*it if he had a mouth full. So if it’s you or you know who it is at least chat it up a little. I got a reputation to maintain.

I was looking at the Ut favorites browser yesterday and saw that someone named "Fluffy " was playin at Cg's , wasn't you huh ?? :? ...and yea you'll know too if its the real evil budda or not , a nicer and more gratiutious player you won't find anywhere ! :D that sounds like someone like a newbie without any taste or style or enuff brains to get his own player name  ...

I know there is another player that used the Evil buddha name before and yes there was even another around the same time that used another players same name too. The good part was that they didn't talk smack or anything. They just played. I can see this will be the next routine of some jerk offs. They will log in under other peoples names and talk smack to get everyone in a fluster. Everyone knows that I would never say derogatory remarks to anyone here so hopefully my player name will be safe. If I see it on CG, I'll turn on a couple of sweet mods I have and isolate the loser and Ban them. The regular who suddenly disappears will be the bad guy. I could usually identify them too against an IP address book I have. Lets not smack these people down yet but I do think its wrong if they match the name and skin and everything. I'll let that go on CG but if they talk smack too as one of us, I'll get em!

I don't think EB would do that to you. There was a lot of name changing going on a while back. My guess is that this guy just wanted to irk you.

Hey Fluffy

Yeah, that was me you were talking to. You asked what happened to them, I said 'I dunno'. Sadly, this is the truth. All I know is that when they played Kansas State, not only did the wheels come off, but all four wheels came off simultaneously. I'm just hoping they redeem themselves (notice how I slipped the word 'redeem' in there?) in the Sugar Bowl.

As for taking other names, sure, I've done that. Who hasn't? But I've never taken another player's nick, even for a joke. I consider that to be stepping over the line. Now, on the other hand, if you ever see a Nali War Cow named Red October, you might notice that his War Moo has a decided Oklahoma accent. And you might want to hide :D

Signed,

The Real Deal, The Gen-U-Wine, The One, The Only,

Evil Buddha

Hi EB,
Never thought it was you playing as me. Figured with the mention of the Sooners you know it was me. I missed your response to the Sooners. Guess my age is showing :-) and I really didn't mind the other person playing as Fluffy but thougt it would have been more appropriate if Fluffy would have joined in some polite conversation

Most know that I enjoy chatting it up in the game just as much as I do fraggin.

Best holiday seasons to all, Skank

"Crusader Rabbit"? I'm sorry, I was "everlasting_lórien" (sorry Scify, didn't find a name I like in T3). intentionally using another player's name is a no-no for me. and I don't know who this "Fluffy" is.

I'm not saying I've ever seen another player using on of our player's names and talking smack. I'm saying that if it ever happens on my watch, I will track them, hunt them down and frag them then BAN them. That's all! None of the imposters have ever been rude to my knowledge so I've never had to go after them before. I will always say hi in a game and usually say it the second I come into a game. Then its game time!

I usually play under aliases for a little break from the whole Jarg thing. My favorite alias is Ms. Defy. I may play as her acomplice soon. He is called Mr. Meaner.

As for taking anyone's name and skin, no way. One time, there was someone who took my skin and called themselves The Jerkonaut. I got a kick out of it. I thought it was funny. :D

Copying is the best form of flattery or something like that. I forget the saying but it is true. Whewwww! Hot sauce added to fried rice is awesome but hot as he**. Quick, someone, what is the saying? How does it go. I can't believe I can't remember but I am drunk like the ol' wife right now. heheheh.
