For all the UT2K4 players at this forum, I finally found a link to the UT2K4 cache cleaner. It took me a while to finally find it, but here is the link to the cache cleaner:

When you start the cache cleaner up, make sure you go into Options, then UTCache Options, and under uncaching options, make sure you select the "Delete cached files after un-caching them". I recomend you do that or else you'll have a copy of the files that you have downloaded in your cache folder and a copy in whatever folder the cached files were supposed to go under.
