With the recent acquisition of a web page creating program, I have decided to hone my skills by creating a web page for newbies. It will not be a glitzy page, as I do not have the talent or the space to make it glitzy. But, I hope that it will help bring some new faces into the fold. This page will explain some of the general tactics of redeemer mod, and a (very) few tricks and tips. I may be taking some screen shots during some games. I will let you know when I am in Photography mode, and will try to get some good screenies. Don't worry about fragging me, I will make due.
The Jargonaut

Excellent Jargonaut!

The old regulars have dreamed of this day for several years -- the creation of a Redeemer Arena Web Ring!

Screencaps would be awesome, and as you can see from Torp's site, very very funny! You should have seen his old website.

Keep up the good work
Mahatma

If you want to see the start page for my new site, here is the link
web.surry.net/~jbubbaw/

I am having a problem with linking pages together, so this may take a while. When it's done, I hope that it will be a fun site for all to visit.
The Jargonaut

Thank you Hook. I appreciate that a lot. High standards? LOL. Please, don't put any pressure on me I had two fully complete pages done for the site, but lost everything due to my ignorance. DOH! I am now in the process of rebuilding those pages. I hope to have the site fully functional sometime next weekend. If you use a browser other than Internet Explorer, please let me know if you have any problems with the site.
Thanks in advance.
The Jargonaut

Thanks, Skank. I have put a rather embarrassing new little thing on the site. You folks will really appreciate it. Let's just say that you will finally get to see a picture of me without the CD cover. You will also get to have some fun with that picture.
The Jargonaut

Great Job Jarg! I especially like the intro; All of it works in Mozilla 1.1. on windows, so more than likely it will work in netscape and on the Macs and the *NIX boxes of our fellow players. What Web Editor are you using? I am taking several classes in school in Web Page design,I prefer to use notepad because FrontPage generates sloppy code. I'm somewhat handy in HTML as well as JavaScript; I am at your service should you need assistance.
"Strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government! On (11/6/02 7:53:17 pm). Dead Sun typed
"I prefer to use notepad because FrontPage generates sloppy code."

Being the Gates sellout that I am, I am using Front Page XP. There is a GOOD reason for that, tho I may take you up on the help with the page. I am just learning HTML, so any help will be appreciated.

The Jargonaut

Edited by: Jargonaut at: 11/7/02 3:28:26 pm
