I checked out Andreas's test bbs and i can tell you it would be much faster than ezboard and the "price is right". OK, this is running through my DSL right now and will move to my co-located server at Verio as soon as I have to. The co-located server has 100MBit burstable I-Net - that should be plenty (I bet that would make a killer UT server. My ping to that machine is about 20ms)<br><br>Let me check the documentation and see what we can do about the files. I think that is a good name for it. It sounds familiar but I just can't place it. So what gives here? Is SRA Forum going away? I looked around at N6NU's forum and I liked what I saw, especially Blondie's Avatar! I, like Mah, think it's a little slower over there and it is unusually easy on the retina. Are we going to do this? I saw Schwantz mention that he liked it. Does SRA Forum go away? Do we need to send cash now? What are we doing. Whatever we do, I think that there should only be one Redeemer Arena Forum. If we have to go hunting for each other on several different forums it will be bad. Trust me. I really think SRA Forum should stay up no matter what but I really like what N6NU has done. Who will administer to the new forum? Have we determined if we can post entire files to it? Is N6NU in this for the long haul? I'd like to hear more clearly what Schwantz wants to do. Maybe a simple sticky poll here on this forum with a serious poll question and options. Something like this:<br><br>It has been determined that there can be another forum erected (hehehe) that may have more functionality and better priced then this one. Please visit "insert link to forum here" and take a look around. Come back and vote here as to whether we move to there or not since we only want to have one master Redeemer Arena Forum.<br><br>Yes, we should move to the newer format<br><br>No, SRA Forum is where we should stay.<br><br>Thanks for your decision. The great thing that is happening right now is the integration of all these SRA/CG/MM forces into one hilarious, cultish presence. N6 has taken some excellent initiative and acquired the domain name, and this can become the main archway into the wacky world of redeemers.<br><br>Feel free to post the Poll. Just want to be clear.. this forum doesn't have to go away at all.. but will require funds to keep the "gold" status. Meaning no annoying popups and some of the premium services will disappear. <br><br>I think that if NU is willing to take a stab at running a board then great. no content on here will go away but believe me, without the gold status.. the board with popups etc is very annoying. Many of you won't remember what it was like in 2002 before I put some money into it.
