I'm talking about the thread that is stickied at the top of the forum about the CG Map Packs. Did anyone do it besides the one person who did actually write me an email to thank me for them. You're welcome by the way. Did it work for you? I have hardly any feedback and NONE when it comes to how well it worked. I remember lots of request for a list of the maps on CG. This Map Pack has ALL of the maps. It will download faster than anything you can get from NaliCity or anywhere else. Are there any other request? C'mon man! Throw me a bone! I didn't try it, since I have dsl, but I'll go give it a shot now!<br><br>On a different topic, are there some tweaks that can be done to the server to allow for 16 to play without loss of quality, or to allow the 12 to play with less lag? Torp was noticing a huge performance hit when a lot of players logged on. I watched for it, and noticed it too. Just wondering.<br><br>NB: be careful when Schwantz offers you a bone. I have everyone with a max client rate of 3000 right now. That's barely better than 56ker gets. I set that back when I was using 16 as a max player load. I will test the upload again and divide it by twelve to ensure everyone gets a equal share of bandwidth when the server is maxed at 12. I have just never been able to pull off 16 without people complaining about lagg. I don't know if I can pull off 12 for that matter and have it be smooth. I will reboot this thing in an hour after changes. That's 6:30 Central time. Have Boss post here or Torpid about results.<br><br> <p>Hermskii</p><i></i>

3000 was correct based on me having an upload of 360kbps for 12 players. Since I usually don't have 12 players, I upped it to 5000 which better suites about 7 players. Hope that helps some. Let me know.<br> <p>Hermskii</p><i></i>
