my impression of the trannys:

it adds a very interesting dimension to the game, but the bots stand around more and kill themselves a lot less. that means the kills are harder to come by for us human players. the introduction of the translocators definitely changed the game. from the standpoint of Redeemer Arena, I think it's better without translocators, though having translocators every once in a while is a lot of fun.

had a lot of fun with translocators on Crane the other night. yes, you can get onto that column in front of Crane. the beam closest to the column is too low, but the next beam over (which is higher) works well. stand at the end of that beam, aim your translocator a bit higher than that column and shoot your disc over until you see the light on the translocator appear on top of that column. make sure you see the disc land on there or you may leave a small crater down below. oh yeah, got down to street level and found out that the car lights are just colored rectangles.. how boring..

- clemmentine

____________________________________________________________
...
