My G4 never crashes. I've had specific programs crap out on me but it never waffles the system. Unreal has bailed on me a few times since I went over to X but I think that is because the patch was made by some mac guy in his basement. Whoever it was that created Unreal didn't feel like spending the time to make a patch for a poor Mac guys. What else is new. For the most part though it sounds like my Unreal on my G4 with it's crummy patch is more stable then Unreal on my buddy Mah's machine. Even Mah will admit it's gotta be Windows.<br> If I get a program that hangs I just force quit out of it. Like I said before. OSX is rock solid. I always thought even 9 was better then the Windows when it came to hanging or crashing but OSX just doesnt do it. I'm really not B.S.ing you guys. It really is a as crash prove as an OS can get right now. <br> Ok enough of that. I just couldn't pass up this post before I headed back to the hospital. This one couuld spiral downwards. LOL. Just thought that maybe an Adobe rep. had pissed in Mah's cereal one morning and started the whole "I hate Adobe thing."<br><br>Well considering that MY MAC is a work and I don't get to play Unreal on it the "Does Unreal ever crash on your MAC" question would be kinda hard to answer in my case. I did download the demo just to see how it would run tho. It has never given me any problems tho and seemed to run great.<br><br>Can't say that much for my P4 at home tho. I use Limewire deadman. I've never heard of that one before. I'll let you know if it does when I go look for it. Morpheus is another downloading app that runs on a Mac. Hermski,<br>Use Kazaa lite it has the spy ware removed works just like the regular kazaa. If you have installed Kazaa or some other spy ware program that was installed alongside that free software wiget with out your knowledge, you will need Ad-aware. Small program to remove spy ware from your pc. As Skank I am a complusive downloader and when I ran ad-aware it found about 8 or 10 spy ware programs that were easily removed.
