Hi Guys/Gals,
Just got McAfee running properly again. I turned off all the misc programs via ctrl\alt\del. Scanned hard drives and found a few worms/trojans. In the following directories:

C:\_RESTORE\ARCHIVE

C:\_RESTORE\TEMP

Gave the command to delete, said it could not, Gave the command to quarantine, said it could not, Gave the command to clean, said it could not.

Any suggestions on removing these files or does it even matter with the directories that they are in?

Thanks, Skank :?

First change from mcafee to a proper virus software (ok i don't like it) you can look here http://www.virusportal.com/com/downloads/
and try to find the little bergers that are on your puter and use the removal utilities there thats about all i can tell you or go to norton web site they have some removal tools too hope this helps

Turned off the restore function in troubleshooting and was able to get rid of the bastards. Thanks for the input Dark.
