Well,
I guess I am back.... Lots of changes here and everywhere.

A big reason for my disapearance has been the dead drive in my Mac...Western
Digital promptly replaced it...but I have been lazy in getting back into
anything but family and work.

I am done with art for a while.......it really drains me....and it's been
too long just having fun on a daily basis....my kids remind me of that every
minute.

I have started a new job, and gone into business for myself (making gun
parts....*snicker* )

The new job is working for a local sign company. This is familiar work to
me, however this job is mostly service and install, rather than pure
fabrication (which I am far better at!). The coolest part of the new job,
aside from the boss paying for the family's health insurance in full, is
that I am normally over 50' in the air on a daily basis, and drive a 40'
crane truck!!! WHEEEE!!!! Flying with a welder in hand!!! HA HA I LOVE THIS
JOB!!!!

Its a good break from
bein paid like a pile of sh*t (can i swear here?)!!! Being a teacher really
requires you to have more than one income....that bites!!!

The other job is manufacturing specific parts for AK-47 assault rifles

 yeah yeah....whatever. It pays big... and I am almost ready to have 3
different parts in production ......can you hear the sound of me raking it
in?

Other than that...you may see me some time soon in the forums and servers!!!

Nice mag covers Maximus, the site has come a long way looks real nice...are u droolin fer the new G5 yet?

Oh....I let our server die before we put it out because of the same reasons........just enjoying life fer a bit..........

Hey Metal!

Nice to see you back ! It's not quite SRA of old, but it works! I enjoyed working for myself for almost two years but found it wasn't overly profitable.. Now being a sivil cervant isn't overly profitable either but having the benefits to help look after this old, decrepit body that the Kanadian (we're decriminalizing weed) Government is not too bad!. I actually feel I'm making a difference. Trying to change the beerocracy (molson) from within is actually fun.

By the way, I put a folding stock on the SKS-D. Not quite as wicked as yours, but its the best I can do in Kanada.

Enjoy the new job!

That's why we don't have guns in the house :-)
