With all the computer gurus and overclockers in here, I thought I'd ask. I've got a socket A AMD Tbird 1 Ghz that I mildly overclock. Currently the fan I have on there sounds like a jet engine.

Any suggestions for a cheap, quiet, and effective HSF? I count Herm's post on his new HSF as the first one.

Thanks D. Yeah I'm a fan of Tom's Hardware, but he doesn't seem to include a clear price/value comparison in relation to the noise and the thermal quality. I was just trying to cheat, and get someone to tell me what they think is the best value for the quietest, coolest hsf.
