my oldest sister's car window was smashed the other day because some water pipe busted or something of that sort, and it blew up all over the place and she was parked right next to it at the supermarket and it broke her window. damn, that's kinda crazy. and the other day some little bastard kid crashed into my car with his bicycle. he was okay but the car needed touch up's. :? |

Oh well ... ! Hope he doesn't find my handsaw near his tree ... Mah, no Schadenfreude here. Just wanted to say that we Germans are sick-minded enough to have a word for it :-) N6 |

Schaden; damage, harm, injury. also means disadvantage, detriment, loss. Schaden -freude; malicious joy, or glee, or pleasure. gloating. There's a proper word in English for such an s.o.b. that takes pleasure in the misfortunes of others too, but I can't recall what it is. |

If anyone did make fun of me, I wouldn't be offended. I thought I had eliminated all of the problem trees from the yard, but with the copious amount of rain + High winds = Big dent. Actually, after looking at it in the light, it is not as bad as I first thought. I probably won't need a new hood, just a good body mechanic. I must have pissed off a druid in a former life.... DOH! |

R (rain) x HW3 (high winds cubed) = BD (big dent) Did I get that right? |
