We are having my whole clan (family) over, per tradition.
Of course I do all the cooking on this great day.
Everyone LOVES my stuffing - they beg me to make it even on other days of the year, but I only go through the process of "hand" making the stuffing on Thanksgiving.
(No "stove-top" crap for me!)
It takes me a few hours to prepare it, but it is soooo worth it and good!
