I just paid my biannual visit to the 3D Realms forums to see what the status of Duke Nukem Forever might be..... only to find out second hand from the threads over there that the company is bankrupt and in court!

This means that the Duke Nukem sequel for the PC that we've all been patiently waiting for these last 12 years is not going to happen! I can't believe it! :laughing5: :laughing8: :laughing9:

We've all been duped! We've all been robbed too. Maybe we should take them to court. We should take 3DFX video cards makers to court too.
