I hope nobody noticed that I moved the website and the forum to a faster machine. Let me know if you guys see anything strange - except for faster speed :-)

I definitely want to setup a UT99 redeemer server on this machine (i keep dreaming about this for the last 6 years ...). I want to resurrect Missile Madness ... I have the files. Now I just have to make it happen.

Anyway, have fun!

Nice work! And a return to MM would be killer fun.

I didn't notice anything but I'm sure it is a ggod move as far as this website goes. So congrats in that you moved it seamlessly.

I knew you had MM files all this time too. I thought you were going to bring it back to life about a year ago but nothing happened. I stayed hush hush about it anyways. What ever happened with Dead_Sun? Did he just get too much of a life to keep it running himself? Sometimes I start getting busy too and feel like I may have to send CG to somebody to run after me but then it passes and all is well again.

I never had enough space on the old server and I did not want to run it off my DSL line at home. Hermskii, which ports did you open on your firewall? 7777 and 7778 ? That's it, or do I need more?

Yea stop threatening already and get it going lol but makes sense not setting it up when you didn't have the space to do it a return to MM 99 would be great but i told you that already

P.s Hermskii the story i know about Dead_Sun's MM was he got sick of the cheats running on 99 then his system crashed lost some files then got a hold of 2k3 and set one up on there it run for a while then disappeared...

Yeah that was pretty much what I figured. The important thing is that he told me that he had given all the files to someone here to run the UT99 version. Now I know why it hadn't been set up to this point too. I had considered running it myself but I think StrangeLove mod is very difficult personally. I think that Monster Hunt is hardest of all.

I haven't really modified anything on my server now for a long long time which has proven to be good being changes often come with crashes and at this point I consider CG and MHM both stable and still successful servers. Even if I changed up everything about them, we'd never see the old players again accept a few drop by players.

Lives go on and eventually I think none of us will play UT anymore but I hope we will all still share ours lives with each other here on this forum which to me is far more important than all of the servers combined. For me, coming here is like getting to see long lost friends whenever I want. Thank you all for that.

Ah! Thanks Hermskii, now I have some reading to do.

I will use the CTF with Rocket ships and Strangelove.
