F.E.A.R came out earlier this year. It is a First Person Shooter much like UT with killer graphics and the like. This is the multiplayer portion of the game. The company is offering it for free to anyone. You do not need the stand alone game to play. I got it through Bittorrent. Fast download. Much better than the links that are posted.
