You were a machinist in some company doing something that you just did not enjoy...
NOW you are a full fledged CHEF. Just think, you are doing something that you love to do. Would probably do for free AND they pay you to do it. HOW FREAKING GREAT IS THAT!

Thanks folks! It was a looooooooooooooooooong haul and I've got a lot to learn before I'll be on Iron Chef America !! LOL I'm just damn happy to change to a career that I'm happy doing, even if I don't get rich or famous,I'll be content with the smell of fresh baked bread , homemade pizzas or brownies wafting thru the house knowing that I made it. Now....... anyone for baking percentage problems or dough temperature calculations ?? heheh

Congrats Chef! You took a big step that most are too afraid to take. Be on a role. What will be next that will be life changing? Find God? Become a woman? Get married or divorced? Move to a new house? Play Monster Hunt Mayhem?
