I did not know who this was until I Googled his name. He was a really good actor. Who else from B5 has died?

Ironically, I had a season 1 dvd running when I read your post.
He was one of the characters that really 'made' B5.
I also remember Mr. Katsulas as a mob-type character from "Next of Kin". He'll be missed.

You did say it was "another" death in the B5 family. What did I miss?

Did some digging...
Richard Biggs who played Doctor Franklin died in May of 2004. He was 44.
