With your config, those are pretty good numbers. The final score is your average frames per second. With a FPS game, the faster the better. 45 fps is really considered to be the lowest optimum. 60 being near perfect, as the human eye can not notice a real difference on anything faster.

Also be warned that network can also have an impact on frames per second. As you are on 56k, you will NEVER get good frames per second while playing online.
