Has anybody else noticed the new imac kinda looks like an oversized ipod turned on its side? I see they are staying with that white colored case that I've seen the ipods in.

1.66 ghz 17" for 1299 US......not bad I guess. Never had the cash to get a Mac for the home but I guess since I sit behind one at work all day that is more than enuff for me. Kewl find bud!

Maybe they will start having different colors like the ipod mini. If they do I might have to get another mac :D

I like it. It reminds me a little bit of an old PC I used to have called a MonoRail.

Here's the only picture I could find of it. It's the one on the left. Mine had a Pentium 133 in it.

I'd be worried about adequate cooling with a case that small.
My old A500 used to get pretty hot in its small case. I finally burnt out a chip from leaving the thing running for three days. :?
