The file you are refering to is the Torrent. It is like a "link" to the real files online. It will still take a 56k user a LONG time to actually get a program like Doom 3. It is over a gig in size. To get the files, you have to use the BitTorrent program.

hey Jarg i have got the game and installed it but a couple of times it has just crashed, it suggested updating the graphics driver
so i updated them do you have any other ideas?

Hey One....just to let ya know if ya happen to be overclocking your system with this game that might just be your problem. I have been doing some reading that for some reason that game just doesn't like everything overclocked (might not be your case just checking). I know Death had some trouble with it freezing and kicking to the desktop but after setting all his stuff back to normal the game never had another hiccup.

Just food for thought tho......
