hi all are the server ip's still up to date i cant find any of them in the game browser and when i click the links in the server thread nothing comes up the game starts but it just says connecting :evil:

I took my server down while I was troubleshooting the porting problem with the master server. I have yet to find a fix for it and from what I have read, neither has anyone else.

My UT2k4 server is backup and got it running the way I wanted finally. Same IP

I have taken the 99 server down for good, ...as long as CG is still going.
will run for tourneys...

Hey, could anyone check to see if my server is showing up in the master list? Thanks ahead of time....also see what port it is showing as pls. I had two people on today that I never heard of....so I was wondering.

I could not play tonight though, as I could not get a ping to show. Just the :?: mark, and then N/A. :(

yea, it will show that cause of a problem with the coding on the master server and my router version of NAt....I really don't understand why it does that. The master server assigns the wrong port to my ip...so the ping shows up as NA and you can't connect if you click it. I am still trying to find a work around, and it appears this problem has been know for a year or so....

The correct port is 7777, so you can connect if you change the port in your favs.

wow, from the looks of my log file, the master server actually assigned me a match id and gave me the correct port for a while! I actually got some players on there...lol.

hopefully it isn't just a fluke, but at the moment, It does not have me assigned a match id so I assume it is showing the wrong port.

Anyone care to check on that one for me :-)

it is currently running a dm. do note that players can vote for other game types also such as onslaught on stuff so may change depending on who is playing. :-)

If no-one is there the server seems to always end up on DM 1 on 1 Mixer, so look for it under deathmatch, then add it to your favourites.

I can see it but it won't let me connect. There are other servers listed with N/A pings that I can connect to and some won't let me just like yours. You sure you forwarded all of the game ports properly? I imagine you did since you seem to be very smart. Where is this statement about the problem with your type of router? Good luck and let me know when to try again. The map was on DM-HyperBlast2 by the way...

well, the master server has assigned me a match id two days in a row....wow. Although I don't wanna get my hopes up...could someone check the server list on deathmatch and see it 'Bigi's Insane Deemer Server' has ther correct port assigned to it, port should be 7777

Two sorries actually. 1st sorry is sorry It took me how ever long it took me to notice your IP changed. Please send me an email when this happens in the future. Sorry also that from the search engine in game, I still got a N/A for ping and wasn't able to connect that way. Hey, looks like I may have a thirs sorry too: I did test the link to your server from the forum. Good news is that it worked perfectly. The sorry is that (and it may just be my set up) but the game seemed to run very fast if not too fast to me and the control on the deemers was so high I couldn't fly in a straight line to save my life. It certainly isn't like it was last time I played it. Maybe my mouse is too accelerated as i do have XP and have heard issues with this in the past. Maybe getting to be Schwantz and Mahatma's age and just can't hang with the newer faster settings! Just kidding sirs. Mayber I'm just losing my Mahatmaing mind!!! Just thought I'd let you know what I thought since I tend to love feedback myself except when Mahahama wants me to add more players than my server can hold mathmatically! Hehehe
