Tested. It sure looks weird without the HUD and smoke trails. Would it be possible to use the default view crosshairs as the guiding HUD?
Also, and this will be the tricky part, have something coming out the back of the deemer, like a cool particle effect or something?
Just asking :D

Looking good Bigi. Only sometime I shoot I see myself? IS just me.
To adjust mouse to slow speed is to lower it right?

The server is running pretty well, if I do say so myself. There is one thing that I need to know. Where in the .ini files is the setting for bot AI. I would like to make them as dumb as possible. Right now, they fire at you before you can even see them.
This weekend, I would like to add all of the game types to the voting. That way, you will be able to try out redeemers on all maps and with all gametypes.

hey jarg, did you ever figure out how to lower the AI skill using the dedicated server.

under the UT2004.ini file, [Engine.GameInfo], there is a setting called "GameDifficulty="
It can be set 0-7...I tested it, 0 for novice, the when I changed bots to godlike, it was 7.

I also found this about customizing bots which you might find good reading...second post.

http://www.unrealadmin.org/modules.php? ... highlight=

Also, I noticed when we were playing onslaught that the bots still try to shoot down the deemer missles. although, this may be desireable in ONS....regardless...I had thought I had fixxed that.

Has anyone noticed them tring to shoot the deemers down in other game types?

Yep. The bots are on Novice mode now. I changed it in the web admin area. That is the dumbest I can get them.
As for them shooting at redeemers: they also do it in DM. I assume that they do in CTF as well, but can't confirm.
Also, there is a bug. Sometimes after a Denied shot, the graphics become distorted in first person mode, and you can not fire a redeemer. You also can not fire a transloc. The screen changes into something that I can't really explain. You have to experience it.
