I figured out exactly what you need to do to get that whole thing working. First you have to be wearing Elmo boxer shorts. next you need to change your autoexec.bat and config.sys files so they make absolutely no sense. Then you need to stand on your head while sipping peanut butter through a straw. while you are doing this you need to be playing Yo Yo Ma on your stereo. This must be vinyl. Last but not least you must hold down the shift key while at the same time holding down the "g" "a" " t" "e" and "s" keys and slam something hard and heavy against the side of the PC. This should fix everything. If this doesn't work try Tech support. Hope this helps

I was ahead of you, already tried that with the exception of Yo Yo Ma being played from an 8-track rather than vinyl. The 8-track version worked as a substitute for the vinyl in the past so should still be good to go.
