Doh. Nobody came on, so i took it down. Plus, I tried to install Clem's Majic Redeemer mod. I will be happy to put it back up. And it is done. It is a TEAM DEATHMATCH server. There are so many Onslaught servers that I feel that I would get lost in the croud. |

Hey I tried it the other day. It ran pretty good. I got a little lag, but no more than is usual to the southern USA. I found out quickly that I messed up my game tweaks because I sure got beat up by the bots. And you've sure got them set a lot tougher than the default in the demo! :lol: I'll try to get back in later tonight. |

Hmm, The logs didn't show anyone coming on. Now the cow bots on the regular redeemer server.... They are a little pumped up :wink: I am really thinking of building a cheap machine to run a server on. OR Upgrading my 2.4 to a 3.06, and using the 2.4 to be the server. It would be pretty cheap. I want to build a Shuttle SFF anyway. 40 gig HDD, 512 ram, Cheap CD-Rom. New Egg dot com, here I come. |

The tweaks are done, I think I'm ready, and: "UT 2004 is unable to contact the master server. Try again later." Bah! |

The server seems to be running pretty smoothly. A couple of folks came on when I was on. Pings were very steady. Also, It is cool to set the text to speech option on. It is a bit weird, but it is cool to hear the typed messages spoken. Voice chat will be the BOMB... I can't wait to hear Bigi actually say "BIGI IS GODLIKE" or Mahatma' infamous "Let's Rock" :lol: I have to practice trying not to sound too southern when I belt out an "OH YEAH". It may sound more like OOOOH YAY-UH. |

I didn't see it either. I'll look again. I must try that text to speech tweak. :) ****** Well the speech tweak works. Not since my Amiga have I been able to swear with a speech synthesiser. This one says the Fword real good! :twisted: I love the textures in that map ONS-Torlan. Wow. Jarg, I've been looking for your server. Didn't see it. Was it up tonight? |

I got home and the computer was going NUTS... I don't know what is wrong, but it seems to be unstable with UT 2004. I will try to remedy the situation. I assume that it went down last night. More info later. P.S. Good find on the redeemer on the bombing run map, Max. I will put it up when I get my crap sorted out here. Okay, one more try. Look in the Bombing Run section to find the server. |

I was just trying to log on Jarg. I see it in the server browser ok, but there's a question mark under the column for ping. My attempts to log on got as far as the black screen with your ip on it, but then just sat there, and did nothing more. :( :cry: |

I probably screwed up the .ini file trying to get the Redeemer mod to install. I will fix it tomorrow. Thanks for trying. |
