My game system is apart and being shipped to Epox so they can repair the bad caps on my motherboard. My cost, $14 plus shipping one way. ETA on getting it back is about 3 weeks. The problem I was having with my CD burner was software related so I have fixed that. I RMA's both hard drives. I suspect they went bad due to the bad system board. The fan on my vid card was loose. I tightened it back up with some pliers and it is quiet now so that is fixed too. I haven't turned in my router yet to Linksys since it caught on fire but I think it was the electrical problems I've been having with this room. I hear the UPS beep all the time whenever we have a power spike. When I move CG to the garage, I'll have it and everything eles relalted to it like monitor and router on a power conditioner and the UPS. From the wall, what is the order of devices? Does it go from wall to conditioner first then UPS and on to PC or does the UPS stand in line before the power conditioner? Aren't UPS's supposed to be power conditioners themselves? Mine is a UPS 400 something rather. Maybe a 450. What's the monitor plug for in the back of it? Iguess that's all that's going on with me right now. I am glad u fix out vid card Herm.I had send my ups to to somewhere to get it fix.But they forgot send cord but cord that hook to ups then computer Or Icould have threw trash by mistake.I need to store get new cord. I hope everything work out. :D
