YES it near me .It Roanoke valley somewhere.That I got offweb site Local TV channel http://www.wdbj7.com/scrapbook.htm that picture from my sister house at Tinker Mountain , Botetourt county that under my name I take with web cam. |

Hey thanks Scify. Those photo's bring back memories of my bike ride down the Blue Ridge Parkway back in 1992. So that's what everything looks like in the winter! :o I happened to ride as far south as Roanoke Va. on the parkway. By then I'd seen enough, and it was time to head home anyway. I passed through the town and jumped onto the nearby superslab and headed north back into Pennsylvania. If only I'd known back then that my ancestors originally settled in Lancaster Pa, I could have stopped for a look around there, too. 8) |
