finally after ringing ntl for the 5th time and then telling 'them' what was faulty about my connection, thye have sorted it out, im getting and average ping of 150 which b4 it was about 170-220. But I'v spent well over £15 (which I'm ganna ring about tomorrow to get it taken off my bill) on phone calls waiting in a que to tell them they have a problem at there end, which the first time I rang I was told there was nothing wrong at all. All I can say is ntl are getting better but are still need the know how. Well Im happy for now while it holds up. btw the problem was they over loaded the server (ubr) which I was set to, god knows why they can't just make a program to spread it out over the whole system. Well I played and kick ass once more, lol. All I can say for any one in the UK with ntl is tell them the problem and not let them try to see what is a matter. (but my time will come . lol) |
