Hi just thought i would post this for the gang that use the 3d mark.
i got it sent email update.

http://www.futuremark.com/download/?3dm ... h330.shtml

Q: What does patch 330 do?
A: This patch produces correct and comparable 3DMark03 scores for all hardware.

Q: Was there something wrong with earlier builds?
A: No. However, we verified that recent NVIDIA drivers detected when 3DMark03
was running and then switched into a special mode, taking control from
3DMark03. This ultimately resulted in incorrect 3DMark03 results and made
performance comparisons between NVIDIA's and other manufacturers'
hardware impossible. Patch 330 changes 3DMark03 code in
trivial way so that these drivers are not able to detect when it is running.
For independent media analysis of the situation,

3d mark benchmarks your graphics card so you can say my card is better/worse then your card when someone asks "how good is your card/graphics then" unless you have brand new card i would download the 2001 version its ok and a lot smaller :D

3DMark 2001 SE is much more entertaining to sit through than 2003. If you have not seen 2001, then get it. It is amazing to see what your card is really capable of.

The 2001 3dmark has a built in demo. When you start the program the main screen will come up. On the bottom right hand side there are some buttons. One says demo. Click it! It will ask to change your view to 640X480. Say OK. At the end of the first half, it will say insert disk two or something like that. Just let it keep running. Turn up the volume too! It's the best demo out I think!!!

The new spell checker rules!
