Clem's Magic Redeemer Mutator is working well, I've also now got close to 90% of the maps doing fast download. If you run into one that doesn't download fast.. send me an email, or leave a note on this thread. With Clem's current mod and some of the maps, I'm beginning to see that UT2K3 can be fun.
