It has already been put out to the public as a beta release.
Great News for UT99 fans, and maybe even a revival of UT99! :cheers:

Still waiting. I have to admit. I wonder if it will hurt more than it helps. Would be nice if you could install UT 4.00 and put this patch on all by itself and be good to go rather than having to stack them on like some of the patches before.
