Help needed on changing monitors mine just went crazy on the colours so i changed it for an old one i had in the corner, its working better then the original but still has a few niggles it seams to be at the wrong screen size i have it set at 1024x768 its darker then i remember and the one its just replaced if i try lightening it up it looks terrible, its not showing in system as the correct monitor, when i run the auto detect nothing happens and worse thing of all i now have to run ut in 800x600 or it only opens in a small box in the middle of the screen what have i done wrong or not done that i should off any help out there on this ?????

but here are some 19" for like £150

Have you tried updating the gfx drivers?

THX for the reply it was the drivers in the end i got a replacement monitor sent out so pretty happy for now but have been looking around for a flat panel 17" might get this one

How much is that in American money? I don't want it, I just want to see the money comaprison. I'd think it would be around $270
