I agree. It's the line. Ihad to have mine repaired more times than I can count. That was why I asked if there has been rain. It goes into the ground or into the wire and grounds out the signal. Lemme guess, the light just blinks on the modem where it says cable.

I just saw it. It is on and working!

P.S. Not sure which modem they give yall in Houston but here its a Motarola Surfboard modem with 6 lights in the front (4 green and 2 amber).

The power light would always be on and it would either be blinking the Send or the Receive lights. RR admited it was on there end of the deal and the 4 lane deal up the road was pretty much the problem. Guess we will have to wait and see if she holds out.
