They came out as planned. They replaced the line as planned. They did not give me a dedicated line nor did they charge me for troubleshooting the prob and replacing the existing line. I tested the TV and for the 1st time I actually get all of my movie channels. I tested the upload and download and it is back to normal being around 4,500 down and 360 up. I'm ok for right now with this. It just better hold up. IP stayed the same I think too. Later!
