I was going to wait to summer time to buy hard drive. I saw this at best buy today.
Was $129.99 on sale $119.99 and $50 rebate .
My only questoin my computer Has Ultra ATA/133 and that has Ultra ATA/100 ,that won't cause problem will it?

There will be no problem. Western digital only makes drives with ata 100. Maxtor makes them with ata 133 support but you know how much I hate maxtors. The speed difference is only for the 1st second of data transfer so basically, you won't notice a difference at all. My best drives are ata 100 and not ata 133 drives. Feel better?

I've been useing Western Digital Caviar drives for probably 15 or 20 years now and I love them. I never had one fail in any way on me.
