Yes! It should ask you to reboot afterwords. You'll notice a new icon in the system tray for your video card. Both of these downloads will improve your computers performance. One will improve error correction control in TCPIP stacks for the networking and the other will make your video card work better with more options too.

The latest driver for your video card is the 61.77 drivers. It doesn't matter whether you get them from Nvidia or Microsoft as they are the same driver. I would just use the one from the update.

I didn't think I have that .Driver date for 10/6/03. I see nomber 43.45?

Just go to nvidia and get the driver from them. It's 61.77 right now. Your drivers are about 6-7 sets back. Even with the latest ones, you may not notice a difference at all.
